(April 2006) White Paper (87 KB): 'The SME Telecoms Market'. This paper profiles the SME market segment and discusses several effective means of dimensioning it, including innovative methods based on SMEs' behaviour. It goes on to describe a means of determining the value of the SME segment - using business telephony as an example - and reveals a surprise, that small enterprises spend more than large corporations. The paper finishes by discussing some key characteristics of SMEs.
